Order Amending the United States Surtax Remission Order (2025)
Notice is hereby given that the above-mentioned Order, published in the Canada Gazette, Part II, Vol. 160, No. 13, dated July 1, 2026, contained an error in the French version. Accordingly, the following modifications are made.
In section 89, under article 44.161, add the following as paragraph (a):
- a) Extrusions d’aluminium, creuses, en alliage d’aluminium 6061, à l’état T6, de spécification ASTM B221, d’une épaisseur minimale de 0,252 pouce, d’une largeur minimale de 12 pouces, d’une hauteur minimale de 4,724 pouces;
