The Corporation of the City of Kitchener hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, The Corporation of the City of Kitchener has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Waterloo, at Kitchener, Ontario, under deposit No. R1584052, a description of the site and plans of the extension of Block Line Road, including a new bridge carrying traffic over Schneider Creek, 0.08 km northeast of the current east termination of Block Line Road, in the city of Kitchener, from 20 m southwest of Schneider Creek to 80 m northeast of Schneider Creek.

Comments may be directed to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 100 Front Street S, Sarnia, Ontario N7T 2M4. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing, are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice and are related to the effects of this work on marine navigation.
