Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 2(a)^{footnote a} of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act^{footnote b}, transfers from the Treasury Board Secretariat to Shared Services Canada the control and supervision of those portions of the federal public administration in the Treasury Board Secretariat known as the Financial Management Transformation Sector and the Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions Division, effective October 1, 2026.
