Order Designating the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities to Be the Minister for the Purposes of the Build Canada Homes Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 3 of the Build Canada Homes Act^{footnote a}, designates the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
