Order Designating the President of the King’s Privy Council for Canada as the Minister Responsible for the Invest in Canada Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 3 of the Invest in Canada Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-49 of January 31, 2018^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the President of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purpose of the Invest in Canada Act ^{footnote a}.
