Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, makes the annexed Order Repealing the Railway Employee Qualification Standards Regulations under subsection 119(5)^{footnote a} of the Railway Safety Act^{footnote b}.

Order Repealing the Railway Employee Qualification Standards Regulations

Repeal

1 The Railway Employee Qualification Standards Regulations^{footnote 1} are repealed.

Coming into Force

2 This Order comes into force on the day on which the Railway Personnel Training and Qualifications Regulations come into force, but if it is registered after that day, it comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
