The Minister of Health makes the annexed Order Amending the Food and Drug Regulations and the Controlled Substances Regulations (Spirobrorphine and Spirochlorphine) under
- (a) subsection J.01.002(1)footnote a of the Food and Drug Regulations footnote b in respect of section 1; and
- (b) subsection 198(1) of the Controlled Substances Regulations footnote c in respect of section 2.

Coming into Force
3 (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Order comes into force on June 5, 2026.
