Order Designating the Minister of Natural Resources to be a Specified Minister for the Purposes of the Canadian Sustainable Jobs Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 5 of the Canadian Sustainable Jobs Act^{footnote a}, effective May 1, 2026,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2024-852 of June 27, 2024^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Natural Resources, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, to be a specified Minister for the purposes of the Canadian Sustainable Jobs Act ^{footnote a}.
