FOOD AND DRUGS ACT

Whereas the Minister of Health has made the Order Establishing Supplementary Rules Respecting the Sale of Natural Health Products Containing Ephedrine or Pseudoephedrine^{footnote a} under section 30.01^{footnote b} of the Food and Drugs Act^{footnote c};

And whereas the Minister of Health believes on reasonable grounds that that Order is no longer required to prevent, manage or control the risk of injury to health that the use of a therapeutic product, other than the intended use, may present;

Therefore, the Minister of Health makes the annexed Order Repealing the Order Establishing Supplementary Rules Respecting the Sale of Natural Health Products Containing Ephedrine or Pseudoephedrine under section 30.01^{footnote b} of the Food and Drugs Act ^{footnote c}.

Order Repealing the Order Establishing Supplementary Rules Respecting the Sale of Natural Health Products Containing Ephedrine or Pseudoephedrine

Repeal

1 The Order Establishing Supplementary Rules Respecting the Sale of Natural Health Products Containing Ephedrine or Pseudoephedrine^{footnote a} is repealed.

Coming into Force

2 This Order comes into force on the day on which the Regulations Amending the Precursor Control Regulations (Increased Regulatory Oversight) are published in the Canada Gazette, Part II, but if this Order is registered after that day, it comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
