AGRICULTURE AND AGRI-FOOD ADMINISTRATIVE MONETARY PENALTIES ACT

The Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Agriculture and Agri-Food Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations under subsection 4(1)^{footnote a} of the Agriculture and Agri-Food Administrative Monetary Penalties Act ^{footnote b}.

Regulations Amending the Agriculture and Agri-Food Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations

Amendments

1 The portion of item 41 of Division 4 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Agriculture and Agri-Food Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations ^{footnote 1} in column 2 is replaced by the following:

41	Move a thing contrary to the Agency document

2 Items 42 to 44 of Division 4 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Regulations are repealed.

Coming into Force

3 These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
