Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Benzodiazepines and Other Targeted Substances Regulations (Carisoprodol) under subsection 55(1)footnote a of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act footnote b.

Regulations Amending the Benzodiazepines and Other Targeted Substances Regulations (Carisoprodol)

Amendments

1 Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Benzodiazepines and Other Targeted Substances Regulations footnote 1 is amended by adding the following after item 12:

Coming into Force

3 These Regulations come into force on the 30th day after the day on which they are published in the Canada Gazette, Part II.
