CANADIAN ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ACT, 1999
Whereas the Minister of the Environment is satisfied that each substance referred to in the annexed Order that is being added to the Domestic Substances List footnote a under subsection 66(3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 footnote b meets the requirements set out in subsection 66(1)footnote c of that Act;
Therefore, the Minister of the Environment makes the annexed Order 2025-66-10-01 Amending the Domestic Substances List under subsections 66(1)footnote c and (3) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 footnote b.
