Order Designating the Department of Industry to Provide Support to the Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under subsections 5(1)^{footnote a} of the Salaries Act ^{footnote b},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2025-481 of May 13, 2025^{footnote c}; and
• (b) designates the Department of Industry to provide support to the Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Innovation in the carrying out of that Minister’s responsibilities.
