Order Designating the Minister of Foreign Affairs as the Minister for the Purposes of the Export and Import Permits Act

P.C. 2025-496 May 13, 2025

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under the definition of Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Export and Import Permits Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2025-430 of March 14, 2025^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Foreign Affairs, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Export and Import Permits Act ^{footnote a}.
