Order Designating the Minister of State (Small Business and Tourism) as the Minister for the Purposes of the Canada Small Business Financing Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under the definition Minister in section 2 of the Canada Small Business Financing Act^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2025-428 of March 14, 2025^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of State (Small Business and Tourism), a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Canada Small Business Financing Act ^{footnote a}.
