Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 2(a)^{footnote a} of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act ^{footnote b}, transfers to the Minister of State (Small Business and Tourism) the powers, duties and functions under the Canadian Tourism Commission Act ^{footnote c} that were transferred to the Minister of Industry by Order in Council P.C. 2025-420 of March 14, 2025^{footnote d}.
