Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 2(a)^{footnote a} of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act ^{footnote b}, transfers from the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness to the Minister of Emergency Management and Community Resilience the powers, duties and functions under section 7 of the Emergency Management Act ^{footnote c} that were transferred to that Minister by Order in Council P.C. 2025-418 of March 14, 2025^{footnote d}.
