Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, makes the annexed Order Amending the Special Economic Measures Permit Authorization Order under subsection 4(4)^{footnote a} of the Special Economic Measures Act ^{footnote b}.

Order Amending the Special Economic Measures Permit Authorization Order

Amendment

1 Item 1 of the schedule to the Special Economic Measures Permit Authorization Order ^{footnote 1} is replaced by the following:

• 1 Special Economic Measures (Myanmar) Regulations
  

Coming into Force

2 This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
