Order Amending Schedule I.1 to the Financial Administration Act (Pacific Economic Development Agency of Canada)

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under subsection 3(1.1)^{footnote a} of the Financial Administration Act^{footnote b}, amends Schedule I.1 to that Act by striking out the reference to the President of the King’s Privy Council for Canada in column II of that Schedule opposite the name of the Pacific Economic Development Agency of Canada in column I of that Schedule and by substituting for that reference a reference to the Minister of Industry.
