Order Designating the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons as the Minister for the Purposes of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Suspension Act, 1994

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2025-84 of February 12, 2025^{footnote a}; and
• (b) designates the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Suspension Act, 1994^{footnote b}.
