Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2025-88 of February 12, 2025^{footnote a}; and
• (b) designates the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons as the Minister for the purposes of the Parliamentary Employment and Staff Relations Act ^{footnote b}.
