Order Designating the Minister for International Trade as the Minister for the Purposes of the Export and Import Permits Act

P.C. 2025-430 March 14, 2025

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under the definition of Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Export and Import Permits Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 1983-3832 of December 7, 1983^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister for International Trade, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
