Order Designating the Minister of Employment and Social Development To Be the Minister for the Purposes of the Poverty Reduction Act

P.C. 2025-423 March 14, 2025

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 4 of the Poverty Reduction Act^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2020-123 of March 9, 2020^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Employment and Social Development, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
