Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 2(a)^{footnote a} of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act^{footnote b}, transfers to the Minister of Industry the powers, duties and functions under the Canadian Tourism Commission Act ^{footnote c} that were transferred to the Minister of State (Tourism) by Order in Council P.C. 2023-769 of July 26, 2023^{footnote d}.
