Order Designating the Minister of Transport as the Minister for the Purposes of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 8 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2023-776 of July 26, 2023^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Transport, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
