Order Designating the Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario) to be the Minister Referred to in the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board Act and as the Minister for the Purposes of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2023-1142 of November 23, 2023^{footnote a};
• (b) designates, under section 3 of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board Act^{footnote b}, the Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario), who is not a member of the Treasury Board, to be the Minister referred to in that Act; and
• (c) designates, under the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act^{footnote c}, the Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario), who is a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada and is not a member of the Treasury Board, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
