Order Designating the Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario) as the Minister for the Purposes of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Suspension Act, 1994

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2023-780 of July 26, 2023^{footnote a}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario), a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the responsible minister for the purposes of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Suspension Act, 1994^{footnote b}.
