Order Designating the Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario) as the Minister for the Purposes of the Referendum Act

P.C. 2025-83 February 12, 2025

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2023-777 of July 26, 2023^{footnote a}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of State (Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario), a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the responsible minister for the purposes of the Referendum Act^{footnote b}.
