SEX OFFENDER INFORMATION REGISTRATION ACT

The Lieutenant Governor in Council of British Columbia makes the annexed Regulations Amending the British Columbia Sex Offender Information Registration Regulations under subsection 18(1)footnote a of the Sex Offender Information Registration Act, S.C. 2004, c. 10.

Amendments

1 The schedule to the British Columbia Sex Offender Information Registration Regulations footnote 1 is amended by adding the following after item 30:

30.1 Daajing Giids RCMP detachment, 3211 Wharf Street, Daajing Giids
2 Item 39 of the schedule to the Regulations is replaced by the following:

39 Fort St. John RCMP detachment, 10712 100th Street, Fort St. John
3 Item 62 of the schedule to the Regulations is replaced by the following:

62 Lytton RCMP detachment, 531 Main Street, Lytton
4 Items 75 and 76 of the schedule to the Regulations are replaced by the following:

75 Nootka Sound RCMP detachment, 495 Maquinna Crescent, Gold River
76 North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP detachment, 6430 Ford Road, Duncan

5 Item 95 of the schedule to the Regulations is repealed.

6 Item 117 of the schedule to the Regulations is replaced by the following:

7 Item 130 of the schedule to the Regulations is repealed.

Coming into Force

8 These Regulations come into force on November 29, 2024, but if they are registered after that day, they come into force on the day on which they are registered.
