Order Designating the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness to be the Minister Referred to in Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board Act and as the Minister for the Purposes of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) repeals Orders in Council P.C. 2019-1352 of November 20, 2019^{footnote a} and P.C. 2019-1353 of November 20, 2019^{footnote b};
• (b) designates, under section 3 of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board Act^{footnote c}, the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, who is not a member of the Treasury Board, to be the Minister referred to in that Act; and
• (c) designates, under the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act^{footnote d}, the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, who is a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada and is not a member of the Treasury Board, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
