Order Designating the Minister of State (Diversity, Inclusion and Persons with Disabilities) as the Minister for the Purposes of the Accessible Canada Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 4 of the Accessible Canada Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2019-1043 of July 9, 2019^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of State (Diversity, Inclusion and Persons with Disabilities), a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
