Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, makes the annexed Order Amending the Schedule to the Canada Evidence Act under subsection 38.01(8)^{footnote a} of the Canada Evidence Act ^{footnote b}.

Order Amending the Schedule to the Canada Evidence Act

Amendment

1 The schedule to the Canada Evidence Act ^{footnote b} is amended by adding the following after item 22:

23 The Public Inquiry into Foreign Interference in Federal Electoral Processes and Democratic Institutions, for the purposes of that inquiry, except if the hearing is open to the public

Coming into Force

2 This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
