Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 11^{footnote a} of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act ^{footnote b}, assigns the Honourable Kamal Khera, Minister of State (Diversity, Inclusion and Persons with Disabilities) to be styled Minister of Diversity, Inclusion and Persons with Disabilities, to assist the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Minister of Employment and Social Development in the carrying out of those Ministers’ responsibilities.
