Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Industrial Design Regulations under section 25^{footnote a} of the Industrial Design Act ^{footnote b}.

Regulations Amending the Industrial Design Regulations

Amendments

1 Item 1 of the schedule to the Industrial Design Regulations ^{footnote 1} is replaced by the following:

Coming into Force

7 These Regulations come into force on January 1, 2024.
