SALARIES ACT

Order Designating (1) the Department of Canadian Heritage; (2) the Department for Women and Gender Equality; (3) the Department of Employment and Social Development; and (4) the Office of Infrastructure of Canada to Provide Support to the Minister of Housing and Diversity and Inclusion

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsections 5(1) ^{footnote a} and (3)^{footnote a} of the Salaries Act ^{footnote b},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2021-924 of October 26, 2021 ^{footnote c};
• (b) designates the following departments to provide support to the Minister of Housing and Diversity and Inclusion in the carrying out of that Minister’s responsibilities relating to diversity and inclusion:
  • (i) the Department of Canadian Heritage,
  • (ii) the Department for Women and Gender Equality, and
  • (iii) the Department of Employment and Social Development; and
• (c) designates the Office of Infrastructure of Canada to provide support to the Minister of Housing and Diversity and Inclusion in the carrying out of all of the other responsibilities of that Minister.
