His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) ^{footnote a} of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act ^{footnote b}, transfers from the Minister of National Revenue to the Minister of the Environment the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of National Revenue under section 188 of the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act ^{footnote c}.
