Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 212 of the Economic Action Plan 2013 Act, No. 1, chapter 33 of the Statutes of Canada, 2013, fixes the day on which this Order is made as the day on which section 211 of that Act comes into force.
