EXPORT AND IMPORT PERMITS ACT

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 1995-783 of May 16, 1995 ^{footnote a}, makes the annexed Order Amending the Export and Import Permits and Certificates Fees Order.

Order Amending the Export and Import Permits and Certificates Fees Order

Amendment

1 Paragraphs 3(3)(b) and (c) of the Export and Import Permits and Certificates Fees Order ^{footnote 1} are replaced by the following:

• (b) items 5000, 5200, 5400, 5401 and 5500 of Group 5 of the schedule to that List; and
• (c) Groups 6 and 7 of the schedule to that List.

Coming into Force

2 This Order comes into force on the day on which section 40 of the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement Implementation Act, chapter 1 of the Statutes of Canada, 2020, comes into force, but if it is registered after that day, it comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
