POVERTY REDUCTION ACT
Order Designating the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development to be the Minister for the Purposes of that Act
P.C. 2020-123 March 9, 2020
Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 4 of the Poverty Reduction Act footnote a,
- (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2019-1047 of July 9, 2019 footnote b; and
- (b) designates the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
