Order Designating the Minister of State (Diversity and Inclusion and Youth) as the Minister for the Purposes of that Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in section 2 of the Canadian Multiculturalism Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2015-1248 of November 4, 2015 ^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of State (Diversity and Inclusion and Youth), a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
