Transfer of Duties Order

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) ^{footnote a} of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act ^{footnote b}, transfers from the Minister of La Francophonie to the Minister of Economic Development and Official Languages

• (a) the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of La Francophonie under the Canadian Tourism Commission Act ^{footnote c} that were transferred to that Minister by Order in Council P.C. 2018-1016 of July 18, 2018 ^{footnote d}; and
• (b) the powers, duties and functions of the Minister of La Francophonie under the Official Languages Act ^{footnote e} that were transferred to that Minister by Order in Council P.C. 2018-1017 of July 18, 2018 ^{footnote f}.
