Order Repealing the Order Designating the Registrar of the Competition Tribunal as Deputy Head with Respect to the Registry of the Competition Tribunal

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph (b) of the definition “deputy head” in subsection 2(1) (see footnote a) of the Public Service Employment Act (see footnote b), makes the annexed Order Repealing the Order Designating the Registrar of the Competition Tribunal as Deputy Head with Respect to the Registry of the Competition Tribunal.

ORDER REPEALING THE ORDER DESIGNATING THE REGISTRAR OF THE COMPETITION TRIBUNAL AS DEPUTY HEAD WITH RESPECT TO THE REGISTRY OF THE COMPETITION TRIBUNAL

REPEAL

1. The Order Designating the Registrar of the Competition Tribunal as Deputy Head with Respect to the Registry of the Competition Tribunal (see footnote 1) is repealed.

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on the day on which section 376 of the Economic Action Plan 2014 Act, No. 1, chapter 20 of the Statutes of Canada, 2014, comes into force, but if it is made after that day, it comes into force on the day on which it is made.
