Order Repealing Order in Council P.C. 2008-12 and Designating the Minister of Health as the appropriate Minister with respect to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency for the purposes of the Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph (c.1) (see footnote a) of the definition “appropriate Minister” in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act (see footnote b),

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2008-12 of January 16, 2008 (see footnote c), and
• (b) designates the Minister of Health as the appropriate Minister with respect to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency for the purposes of the Financial Administration Act (see footnote d),
• effective October 7, 2013.
