Regulations Amending the Plant Protection Regulations

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to paragraph 47(a) of the Plant Protection Act (see footnote a), makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Plant Protection Regulations.

REGULATIONS AMENDING THE PLANT PROTECTION REGULATIONS

AMENDMENT

1. Schedule II to the Plant Protection Regulations (see footnote 1) is amended by adding the following in numerical order:

COMING INTO FORCE

2. These Regulations come into force on the day on which the Emerald Ash Borer Infested Places Order, made by the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food on April 13, 2012, is repealed, but if they are registered after that day, they come into force on the day on which they are registered.
