Order Amending the British Columbia Vegetable Marketing Levies Order
The British Columbia Vegetable Marketing Commission, pursuant to section 3 and paragraph 4(a) (see footnote a) of the British Columbia Vegetable Order (see footnote b), hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the British Columbia Vegetable Marketing Levies Order.

ORDER AMENDING THE BRITISH COLUMBIA VEGETABLE MARKETING LEVIES ORDER
AMENDMENTS
1. The definitions “processing crop” and “processor” in section 1 of the British Columbia Vegetable Marketing Levies Order (see footnote 1) are replaced by the following:
“processing crop” includes peas, beans, corn, cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, strawberries, potatoes and any other crop designated by the Commodity Board when the end use is manufacturing or processing. (légumes destinés à la transformation)
“processor” means any person who changes the nature of vegetables by mechanical means or otherwise and markets, offers for sale, supplies, stores or transports the processed or manufactured product. (transformateur)
2. The schedule to the Order is replaced by the schedule set out in the schedule to this Order.
COMING INTO FORCE
3. This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order).
The amendments to the Order update the definitions of “processing crop” and “processor” as well as the levy rates to be paid by all persons engaged in the production or marketing of vegetables.
