Order Amending the Schedule to the Privacy Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 77(2) of the Privacy Act (see footnote a), hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Schedule to the Privacy Act.

ORDER AMENDING THE SCHEDULE TO THE PRIVACY ACT
AMENDMENT

1. The schedule to the Privacy Act (see footnote 1) is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order under the heading “OTHER GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS”:

Communications Security Establishment

Centre de la sécurité des télécommunications

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on November 16, 2011.
