ARCHIVED — Order Amending Schedule I.1 to the Financial Administration Act

Whereas the Governor in Council considers it appropriate that the Office of the Chief Executive Officer of the Information Technology Services Branch, in the Department of Public Works and Government Services, be added to Schedule I.1 to the Financial Administration Act (see footnote a) as a department for the purposes of that Act, to be known as Shared Services Canada;
Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 3(1)(a) (see footnote b) of the Financial Administration Act(see footnote c), hereby makes the annexed Order Amending Schedule I.1 to the Financial Administration Act.

AMENDMENT
1. Schedule I.1 to the Financial Administration Act (see footnote 1) is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:
