The British Columbia Vegetable Marketing Commission, pursuant to section 3 and paragraph 4(a) (see footnote a) of the British Columbia Vegetable Order (see footnote b), hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the British Columbia Vegetable Marketing Levies Order.

AMENDMENT

1. The schedule to the British Columbia Vegetable Marketing Levies Order (see footnote 1) is replaced by the schedule set out in the schedule to this Order.

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
