His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 11 (see footnote a) of the Ministries and Ministers of State Act (see footnote b), hereby

1. (a) terminates the assignment of the Honourable Steven John Fletcher, made by Order in Council P.C. 2008-1718 of October 30, 2008 (see footnote c), and
   
2. (b) assigns the Honourable Steven John Fletcher, a Minister of State to be styled Minister of State (Transport), to assist the Minister of Transport in the carrying out of that Minister’s responsibilities,

effective May 18, 2011.
