Order 2026-87-10-02 Amending the Non-domestic Substances List
Whereas, under subsection 87(5) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 footnote a, the Minister of the Environment has added the substance referred to in the annexed Order to the Domestic Substances List footnote b;
Therefore, the Minister of the Environment makes the annexed Order 2026-87-10-02 Amending the Non-domestic Substances List under subsection 87(5) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 footnote a.

Coming into Force
2 This Order comes into force on the day on which Order 2026-87-10-01 Amending the Domestic Substances List comes into force.

Chang Hwa Commercial Bank, Ltd. — Order permitting a foreign bank to establish a branch in Canada
Pursuant to subsection 524(1) of the Bank Act, the Minister of Finance and National Revenue made an order on July 23, 2026, permitting Chang Hwa Commercial Bank, Ltd., to establish a branch in Canada to carry on business in Canada.
